We're proud of every scoop we hand-pack daily at Harbour Scoop. Our gelato and ice cream are made fresh with the finest ingredients, and we stand behind the quality of everything we serve. If something isn't quite right, we want to know—and we'll make it right.

In-Parlour Satisfaction

If you're not completely satisfied with your cone, cup, or sample at our marble counter, simply let us know right away. We'll happily remake your order or offer you something different from today's rotating seasonal flavours. Your experience at our harbour-side parlour matters to us.

Pint Returns & Storage

Our hand-packed pints are best enjoyed within two weeks of purchase for optimal flavour and texture. Store your pint in the coldest part of your freezer (ideally –18°C or colder).

If your pint arrives damaged or you notice any quality issues upon opening, contact us within 48 hours of purchase with details and a photo if possible. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Pint Care Tips

• Keep your pint frozen immediately after purchase
• Avoid repeated thawing and refreezing
• Our gelato and ice cream may soften slightly faster than mass-produced alternatives—this is a sign of our artisan quality and lack of artificial stabilisers
• For the creamiest experience, let your pint sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before scooping

Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges or refunds for pints purchased directly from Harbour Scoop within 14 days, provided the pint is unopened and stored properly. Please bring your receipt and pint to our parlour during opening hours.

If you ordered a pint for pickup and have concerns before collection, reach out to us as soon as possible so we can help.
